Apparently, while President Obama and his family was on vacation this summer, the Oval office got an upgrade. Designers gave one of the most famous rooms in the world a face lift adding new wallpaper, rugs, and coffee table among a few listed.
Respectfully, I ask: "So?" Sorry media, but there are way more important things to report on...shaking my head...
I have to agree with you. I don't think anyone that consciously follows politics really cares. This story would have better been suited to an entertainment station or newscast instead of the more politically centered news channels and programs that I saw it on. I think this is one of the problems that we have with the mass media today. They spend time talking about fluff instead of discussing news that might not have made headlines but is equally important.
ReplyDeleteI would definitely have to agree this is so stupid and who cares anyway. There are more important current events that should be reported and here we are learning about the oval office's new makeover. People are hungry, unemployed, and struggling to survive. These news reporters ought to be ashamed of themselves we as people don't care about this. People are ready to see change and our economy back in full swing with people back employed and the real estate market fully recovered.
