Elisabeth Hasselback has done it again. The ultra conservative co-host of ABC's "The View" has come out and said that she supports gay marriage. Now as you all know, Elisabeth has makes no apologies of her strong right-winged views, so as you can imagine, this is a HUGE shock.
Although some of the things that Hasselbeck has said over the years makes me cringe, I have to say that it took bravery to speak out...check out the full article on the Huffington Post:

What do you guys think? Is it fair to assume that most Americans are neither fully Democrat or Republican, but rather affiliate with specific parties by issue?
I commend her for sticking to everything she believes in. That is one of the things that makes this country work, we all have our opinions and the right to express them. She is definitely far right but good for her for coming out and supporting something that is middle to left on the political spectrum. It shows that she actually speaks from her heart and doesnt just follow the agenda the party she associates with!
